Investment Analytics Inc. follows a disciplined process that creates a strong foundation for investment management. The process also demands the completion of fiduciary tasks on a defined timeline.
Our responsibility is to design the investment program in accordance with the particular goals of the organization. Our process makes meeting goals more likely. It is not a boiler plate approach.
We are top-down oriented but perceive investment management as fluid and continuous. This requires a proactive approach of constant analysis and adjustment.
Our clients rely on our professional guidance in navigating through a maze of investment choices and legal requirements. We are known for our very successful counsel during the especially troubling markets in 2008, 2009, and 2022. Clients include some of the largest foundations and endowments in Western New York, inclusive of private family foundations, independent schools, religious organizations, and high net worth families. We maintain continuous communication with clients, and report each quarter if not more often.
Michael F. Sheets
Michael F. Sheets has been in the investment business since 1981. He trained with Kidder, Peabody & Co. becoming an assistant VP in 1983. He joined Trubee, Collins & Co., Inc. in 1988, becoming partner in 1989 and CFO in 1997. Michael has specialized in consulting to complex investment programs for families, Endowments, and Foundations since 1984 when he was part of a newly formed group at Kidder Peabody to provide high level management for complex portfolios. Recognizing the need for independent consultation he formed Investment Analytics in 1997. He is an NASD Certified Financial and Operations Principal, Certified Investment Management Analyst, Registered Investment Advisor and holds NASD Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.

Education Background
Harry Steinwald
Harry came to Investment Analytics in 2020 bringing over 10 years of investment advisory experience. Prior to Investment Analytics, he was an investment advisor with Wilmington Advisors.
Harry joined Investment Analytics recognizing the necessity for an independent consultant to serve complex investment programs, ensuring they meet their fiduciary obligations. He is responsible for developing long-term investment strategies for high-net-worth families, Foundations, and not for profit organizations. He continuously monitors and reports on all elements of an investment program to ensure our client's plan is on target. He is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality investment strategies by undertaking continuous education in Investment Management Analysis.
Harry is a native of Western New York. He and his wife Sarah live in the North Buffalo area. Outside of work he volunteers with organizations including SABAH Inc., The Bison Fund, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Erie County.

Eileen R. Sheets
Eileen has been in the investment business since 1984 and with Investment Analytics since it was established. She started her career at Kidder Peabody & Co. working in the operations department entering trades on the New York Stock Exchange. She moved on the become a Series 7 and Series 63 registered assistant and has never looked back.
Eileen serves as the Business Manager of Investment Analytics Inc. She is responsible for the firm’s marketing, book keeping, and client engagement. She is a professional with a “people-first” attitude and uses her decades of experience in the investment industry to be an invaluable resource to our clients.
